Guest guest Posted May 28, 2012 Report Share Posted May 28, 2012 Hi Everyone,Happy Memorial Day - I'm just trying to take it easy today - I did get some housekeeping done - I'm debating whehter or not I should tackle one of my "projects" (mostly closets to declutter) or just do nothing (except read, relax, maybe do some crafts/games w/ DD) - I think I just made up my mind! :)My workout this morning was Coffey Meyer's 30 Min to Fitness Cardio Blast - Athletic Step Routine. This was challenging and fun. I really like and now want to plan a rotation with her workouts. I may save her for the back to school season, though - since her 30 min to fitness are about 30 min and easy to fit in on busy mornings. The other workout on this DVD is a plyo workout. And, she also has 2 pre-mixes where you do a step combo and then one or two plyo blasts in between. Yikes! seems very down to earth and I like that she is around my age for inspirational purposes. I think may be a litlte older than me, Tracie a little younger. I think I have decided on a Tracie Long rotation for after X-Factor. I have had her workouts sitting in shrinkwrap for some time so it is time to use them.I'm going to follow the template on her website and also on the "My Month With Tracie Long" thread on General Discussion Forum at VF.Oh - I added on 20 min yoga makeover power beauty sweat this morning.Oh - the Ultimate Yogi threads on VF have sucked me in - but I don't plan on buying that right away (or ever) - but one thing lead to another and now I'm looking at Blissology.
