I like doing sprints!  What I get tired of is getting in and out of the saddle every 16 counts or less.  One or the other is fine, but I hate having to adjust the knob over and over for each up/down.If you can make it to Body Combat even once you will see why I like it so much!!  I really hope you can go someday Judy!

 

today we focused on sprinting.. esp since my glute were a bit sore from X factor.  Again none of my guys were there due to lack of locker room for men (as they renovate them). 

I did look at class schedule and in the evening bodycombat is at 5:30 which is too early for me to get to unless I am working at home.  later classes are body pump or yoga  both which I prefer to do at home.. oh well.. if they cancel my class I will probably join another gym..
