Guest guest Posted May 18, 2012 Report Share Posted May 18, 2012 Hi Everyone,Today I did Tracie Long's Focus - Lift Higher - I did like it - I didn't really like that she didn't have a warm-up - but I can always do that on my own. It is broken into 3 segments - a standing segment w/ weights - you can go heavy b/c she uses slow and controlled reps. A standing segment using rags or sliders - fun and different! And a floor segment doing hip/thigh/glute work. You use your rags/sliders for some bridge work. I hope doing this workout gives me legs like Tracie's! Afterwards I did the first round of Week # 5 of X-Factor just to say I did it and then I added on the stretch segment from Core Fusion - Pilates Plus. I was going to do Reach Further (another Tracie workout) but that felt more like a workout and less like a stretch. I will try to fit it in an some point. No school today here (G8 Summit at Camp ....so they closed schools in our county)- so planning to just do some stuff around the house and for my job and try to take it somewhat easy.Hope everyone has a good day!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
