I found 7s at Play It Again Sports. I'd love to find 9s!

Sorry to hear you had a rough day, . Time heals all wounds, but it sure doesn't move fast enough!

Hugs,

Re: Friday Workout

I'm jealous you have 7 lb dumbells! I have 9's which I think is unusual, but I wouldn't mind some 7's for shoulder work!

I'm sorry you are feeling blue :(

I remember trying to type one handed while holding a baby! (The youngest baby turned 10 1/2 on Monday!)

Good to "see" you, Darcy!

Re: Friday Workout

Hi ! I'm here, and still working out strong. I just don't have as much time as I'd like on here! I lurk here and there, but I often have a baby on my lap and hard to respond.Hope all is well with you!D

DARCY! I've missed you! What have you been up to??

Hugs!

, you need some pace weights! I LOVE mine, they are awesome for micro-loading. I can make any weight I want with them :)D

I bet you felt those triceps this time, ouch! Fantastic job, ! Is this a premix that is on the DVD or one that you made up yourself? I don't remember seeing it but it sounds great!

Friday Workout

Happy Friday!!

This morning I did Pyramid Upper/Lower Body Combo Premix..

Here's how it goes.

She only does the "up" pyramid with all the exercises. I used DB's for all of this and my long step with 5 risers.

LEGS:

Squats 12/15/20

Leg Press 12/15/20

Chest- 12/15/20

Back pullovers 15/20/25 rows 12/15/20

LEGS:

Leg press- I skipped this one. Not sure why she repeats it, but I chose to not do it again.

Lunges 12/15/20

Shoulders 3/5/7

LEGS:

Dead Lifts- skipped

Calves (3 sets of 12)

Triceps (for the kickbacks I did lying extensions using 5/8/10 and for seated overhead extensions I used 15/20/25 ** I had in my notes that I didn't feel the triceps much so that's why I changed it up with the lying ext. I felt it this time for sure.***

Biceps 10/12/15

Have a great weekend!~~

Thank you, Jen.:)

Ugh, that would be terrible if they forgot to check for the antibody in

your Mom's blood. I hope they will get it figured out soon. Poor Mom.:(

Yes, as far as driving goes, I definitely prefer no snow! And shoveling the

driveway is never much fun. I just hate being sweaty (unless I'm working out, of

course!) If it would stay around 75 degrees, I'd be pretty happy.

The zumba class was fun, although some of it was a bit hard to follow. The

hour flew by! I actually liked a class better at the same place called Zumba

Toning with Weights, which I took last week. That was a really great workout!

I hope you are feeling better soon, and back to your normal activities.

That's too bad that you've been sick so much the last couple months.:(

Ronda

>   CONGRATULATION Ronda on reaching your weight loss goal, that's AWESOME!  I'm

proud of you.

>

> I don't think my Mom's blood transfusion took  because she is still weak so

she is going to call her Dr. in the morning.  She has had so many transfusions

that she has an antibody present in her blood that the nurses are suppose to

test for....maybe they didn't and that's why she doesn't feel that much better.

>

>  I HATE snow and ice so much I would rather have the hot/humid weather.  I do

a lot driving for work so I would rather do it in summer weather than winter

weather.  PLUS I just really love the Summer-time.  I would prefer the

temperatures in the 80's rather than the 90's.  Maybe in another month it won't

be as hot any more.  My hydrangeas would appreciate that!

> I was planning to live at our townhouse pool this summer but I keep getting

sick.  I had a stomach bug at the end of June and this weekend I was constipated

(I'm better now,) hopefully this week/weekend I will be feeling good enough to

hang out at the pool more.  I really need to practice my swimming strokes!

>

I'm thinking about doing a rotation with Beach Body's Brazilian butt lift, Hip

Hop abs and Rev Abs.  After that I may do a Tony Horton rotation.  I also need

to start walking again.  I guess since it's going to stay hot I will have to

walk on my treadmill in the basement...oh well, at least I will get my exercise

in, right?
