woo!congrats. I get most of mine at the dog trials. I have to walk courses and walk dogs and run themjudy To: exercisevideos Sent: Tuesday, April 17, 2012 6:16 PM Subject: Getting A New Badge

I've done a lot of running around today and as you all know I wear my faithful Fit Bit. I noticed this afternoon after walking the dogs that I built up over 16,000 steps. My daily goal (for now) is 12,000 steps a day. That's not a lot to people like , Judy and Carolyn since they are always above me on the leader board (bless their hearts) but it is to me. I move a lot during the day to get that.

So my next badge is 20,000 steps. I've been wanting that for a long time now and decided that I was close enough to move a little more and get it..... AND I GOT IT!! It also means I traveled over 10 miles today.

I came home and put in Cathe's Rhythmic Step and did the warm up, combo 1 and part of 2. I did all this on the floor (in bare feet) and kept it all super low impact. I had so much fun doing it like this. I had lots of motivation too because I couldn't wait to stop and see if I had reached the 20,000 yet.

After that, I put in 10 Min. Yoga Solution and did the yoga abs.

I love your enthusiasm for the steps, it's infectious in that it makes me want to work out more!  I like your idea of the barefoot step workout on the floor.  Congrats on the well earned badge, !!!

Thanks !! Doing a step workout without the step and all low impact, PLUS no shoes and socks was different and REALLY fun.

Great job ! Don't over-do it though and hurt yourself like I did....Of course though my injury is probably because I have BAD feet! JenSubject: Getting A New BadgeTo: exercisevideos Date: Tuesday, April 17, 2012, 6:16 PM
