,How wonderful this LLL Leader is able to support moms in the DR! Rather than getting moms over there stuck using an expensive product like Lansinoh that may be difficult for them to obtain, why not see what types of high quality local items they have to use. Perhaps coconut oil, olive oil, etc would be easy/more cost effective for them to obtain? I am not sure, just speculating… Cole
