Guest guest Posted March 28, 2012 Report Share Posted March 28, 2012 I was running a little late this morning, so I gulped down my coffee, skipped my big morning water, and started BB's Taebo " Strength " workout. Oh, man. My heartrate shot up like crazy! I was rather surprised, since I had done this a number of times " okay " and the Turbo Fire had increased my cardio endurance....or so I thought. I needed to pause a number of time to get my heartrate back down, and started getting worried if I might be getting sick... Then I realized... coffee ... empty stomach... MISTAKE!!! The one cup of coffee (and DH likes it strong!) was not a wise thing to have. I would have been better off with just the water!! This is not my usual morning routine, so I don't often make such a mistake. Some of you are probably laughing, " Well, DUH! " -- I sure felt that way when I figured out what was killing me this morning!!
