I love my veges... but I must remember to do that. I have just had a nibble on same hard pecorino cheese that I normally toss over my rocket. That seems to have given me the stitch that I get when I have eaten too much - yet it was only three little wee nibbles - how weird. I wish I could get the tinned tuna to go down - it gets stuck big time. I am going to try it again with some nice garlic aoili... not a big mayo fan.
