Guest guest
That's great Judy! and my plan for next week is the TaeBo 24/7 dvd week 1I am traveling Wed - sat and think these 30 min with bands will workhope I didn't gain too much my only walking days were flying ones running for connections and of course just ate like poo the whole time but ready to start back to it.. My 5% goal probably didn't make it I wanted to drop 9 and had dropped 7 when I left hope I only gained back 1 or 2 or 0 (best!) ... goal is to try for 10 next month, that way if I get 8 I will keep improving.. long term goal is 30 by end of year judy

Guest guest
I'm with you 2 on the weight loss bandwagon! I'm sick, sick, sick of looking this way! I've decided as an experiment to both start and end my days this week with a protein shake - so every day for breakfast and also post-workout in the evenings. These will help feed my muscles, they are quick and easy to prepare, and tasty too. Hope eveyrone has a wonderful week of workouts and nutrition! Guest guest
Cola Pop, this morning's shake was:1 frozen banana1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Triple Rich Chocoloate (120 calories, 24 protein, 3 carbs, 1 fat)1 scoop Sci-Fit Banana (110 calories 18 protein, 6 carbs 1 fat) for a total of:334 calories43 protein35 carbs2 fatNoel wants me at 60% protein 30% carbs, 10% fat, no more than 150 carbs per day, so the shakes help up my protein (ideally 1g protein per lb of bodyweight per day) and keep the carbs lower. If I hadn't added the banana I would have used a cup of Soy Slender or low fat Almond Milk. I normally don't like them with just water either Happy Shakes! > I've decided as an experiment to both start and end my days this > week with a protein shake - so every day for breakfast and also > post-workout in the evenings. that sounds like a good idea pinky! which shake do you use? i really like the pro shake that im using right now (i mix with milk though, not water, so that helps). often i will blend fruit into the vanilla or a dab of peanut butter into the chocolate. http://www.fiberdiet35.com/FitSmartShakes.html i love shakes... they are so fast and portable, but i do tend to drink them more often in the summer than in the winter. :*carolyn. ------------------------------------
