Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers, Inc. Announces Teitelbaum, MD

as New Medical Director

Dallas, TX, June 19, 2006—Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers, Inc. (FFC)

has announced the appointment of Teitelbaum, MD, as their new

Medical Director. A leader in effective therapies for Fibromyalgia

and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the last 25 years, Dr. Teitelbaum

will head up medical education programs for the company's clinics as

well as outreach to the public and media. Currently FFC operates 15

clinics in 12 states with plans for expansion into other regions of

the U.S.

Dr. Teitelbaum is author of the perennial best-seller From Fatigued

to Fantastic! (Avery Penguin Putnam) and the recently published Pain

Free 1-2-3: A Proven Program for Eliminating Chronic Pain Now

(McGraw-Hill, 2006). He is senior author of the landmark

studies " Effective Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and

Fibromyalgia—A Placebo-Controlled Study " (Journal of Chronic Fatigue

Syndrome, 8:2, 2001), and " Effective Treatment of CFS and

Fibromyalgia with D-Ribose. "

Dr. Kent Holtorf, who served as FFC's Medical Director since the

company's inception 2 ½ years ago, will assume a new role as Chief

of the Medical Advisory Board starting July 1, 2006.
