The Arthritis Foundation calls vinegar a harmless, but unproven,

arthritis remedy. It may be unproven, but a lot of people swear by it.

I make salad dressing out of unfiltered apple cider vinegar,

raspberry jam and olive oil. It's awesome! I don't see any reason

not to continue

it especially if it works.
