Guest guest
When you have a chronic illness like fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, prioritizing your daily tasks is imperative to prevent pushing yourself too hard – or not getting the truly important things done. Personal coach, Cheryl suggests recording how you spend your time each week. Make a chart and see where the time actually goes. The things that take the most of your time are probably your actual priorities, whether you like them or not. Once you have this information, you can then make a new list of the things that truly matter to you – the priorities you really want – and see how to reschedule your time to make room for more of them.
