Guest guest
Dear , I actually only did the work (4 Q's and TA) on the statement below, this morning, so there wasn't really a #6 with it. However, some of my #6's around this issue (from different angles/worksheets) in the last couple of days: a. I don't ever want to feel jealous of P again. b. I don't ever want P to go out with women friends again. c. I don't ever want to feel excluded again. d. I don't ever want to experience my emotional outbursts again. e. I don't ever want to thinking that P is responsible for my anguish again. TA's a. I'm willing to feel jealous of P again. I look forward to feeling jealous of P again. b. I'm willing and look forward to P going out with women friends again. c. I'm willing and look forward to feeling excluded again. d. I'm willing and look forward to experiencing my emotional outbursts again. e. I'm willing and look forward to thinking that P is responsible for my anguish again. I might as well, b/c they'll all happen again, i'm sure. I just want to be free of the jealousy. I know it's about me, not him. I just can't seem to be free.
