Guest guest
Good comments all, ladies! , Right you are, but I'm not 's, no problem whatever with gaining or maintaining weight. And have HAIT Thyroid, which I seem to recall doesn't fit with an 's dx. Sorry to hear you were treated so poorly at Stanford, but then I'm no fan of allopathy at all, so I never have any expectations. Let's hope Peggy has a better experience. You are very knowlegeable about your illness, as am I, and sometimes that threatens those in their Ivory Towers! You too , I'm sorry you had a less than stellar experience and you are correct in that endos usually don't treat, just diagnose and advise, but increasingly some who have clinical experience are treating. They got busy, when they saw inmmunologists come out of their caves and start treating! We are a big industry for those who are willing to treat us! Alison, I'd give my right whatever, for a good naturopath, but had to make a financial decision between the naturopth and the stuff I buy for my treatment protocol, could not do both on my puniest of disability incomes. Sure do miss that perspective tho! And I don't take Cortef, but do take a natural adrenal support product I am pleased with, the idea being to try and jump start my adrenals into working on their own. Am doing the same with my thyroid. I don't much care for the pharmeceuticals. Hope I got the right folks here, I'm on digest and it's hard for the cyberdino to keep going back and forth! If not, I do apologize but it's late in my day, and I'm pooped! Kathy --------------------------------- Yahoo! Messenger with Voice.
