Guest guest
Hello everyone, This looks like a good temporary solution for vanquishing worms/spyware/malware. If you are using Windows XP , then do kindly log onto update.microsoft.com There are loads of updates but you need to select the newer and recent ones.If you have instructed your PC to receive automatic updates, then it will ask you whether you are OK to directly proceed with installation.I assume that many of you have already upgraded your PC operating system to Service Pack 2 (SP2) or even Service Pack 3. Amongst these various updates , there is one called Windows Defender - Beta 2. It is new, good and free. It basically works like any other anti-spyware/malware but quicker and faster.Lesser number of files are skipped during scanning .It does not cross cut the functioning of any other anti-virus software installed in your PC. And it is upto date with current world map for spyware, worms etc. Other useful downloads are Security update for Windows Media player 10 and Junk e-mail filter for MS Outlook 2003. Hope I have kept you UPDATED !! Happy Computing Ravi`91.
