Guest guest Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 Thats wrong. You should not use Albuterol and Xopenex together. They are basically the same medication. The chemical name for Xopenex is LEValbuterol. Both Albuterol and Xopenex are fast acting beta agonists bronchodilators. If you use both at the same time you are double dosing your medication.
