36 yrs. old and my asthma seems to be getting worse.

I have tried every remedy possible. I really do not like taking

steroids because of the weight gain. It seem like the older I get the

worst I feel. My inhaler never leaves my side but I seem to be

dependent on it all the time. I have tried the allery specialist and

even an herbologist in my area which my symptoms did not change I have

used treatments and medications nothing is helping me. Does anyone

have any suggestions?
