My methotrexate was doubled to 20mg about six weeks ago.... questions should it have taken affect by now???because all I feel is really exhausted and no changes in pain,swelling ,movement etc actually overall Im feeling worse secondly at what point does one say I don't think its working for me??? bloods are still elevated.....thirdly does methotreaxte actually last in the system for the whole week???? I am really had it the day before its due,and the day its due and then of course I take it and the side effect start so hey the so called better days are getting fewer and fewer.. thanks for your advice in advance other meds I am taking are Arava, Endep,folic acid and premarin( had to have a hysterectomy when I was 29) Thanks Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger.
