Guest guest
Hi all I might be making a fool of myself here (as I don't always pay attention to everything that's being discussed) but I've discovered a way to keep my elbows, wrists, and knees warm when they are throbbing by using old tube socks. I cut off the toes and put them on under my clothes. This way I can save the warm patches for work. Wow, I'm thinking I might even put a little asper cream on underneath. Guest guest
Babs - You are certainly *not* making a fool of yourself! What a great idea this is! I love it when people in this group share practical tools they've discovered or invented. It helps all of us! Thanks for sharing.
