My doctor helps me with samples until I see how a med will work for me. Then my insurance kicks in with only minimal copays. Another place is the drug companies themselves. If you have no insurance at all, the drug companies will help you. Try this site www.pparx.org This site is great for people who need help. You can get forms to fill out and have your doctor fill out his part, send them in with prescriptions, and you'll get your meds free or nearly free. The drug companies helped my mom until her Medicare Pard D started the first of the year and treated her very well. tried PPARX-they don't recognize the drug Xopenex!!!! And my dr. doesn't get samples of Xopenex to give out because I am one of only 3 patients that he sees that uses it!!!Bill and Canter wrote: Another place is the drug companies themselves.
