Guest guest
I wrote to the makers of Xopenex and hopefully they have a patient assistance plan also. G ps that is strange, with albuterol already with a generic, they normally give out samples that are brand. The meds are for me-and my dr. doesn't have samples of Xopenex, just Albuterol! Guest guest
Pat's stuff is copyrighted, in other words we are not allowed to share the files. If you want to look at a sample copy, I believe some of her stuff is sampled in the " ibclc in Private Practive " resource guide (forget the true name of it). > > > > > > From: Jaye Simpson, IBCLC <IBCLC@> > > Subject: Re: Insurance > > To: > > Date: Friday, April 29, 2011, 2:10 PM > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > I had a mom ask me Thursday if I take insurance or bill to insurance. I told her nope †" never have, never will. The Reimbursement sucks if they reimburse at all, and getting payment in a timely manner is a joke. Then she asked if I do a Superbill…nope †" don’t do those either. In the past 5 yrs I have been asked all of twice for one. > >  > > Well, that made me think a bit. Maybe I should have a Superbill on hand for those who ask. Then I thought again †" I know they were discussed at length here and there †" but where would I get one? Thoughts? > >  > > Warmly, > > Jaye > >  > > Getting back into the swing of work again after a nearly 3 month hiatus due to health issue recovery and flooded apartment craziness… > >  > > Jaye Simpson, IBCLC, CIIM > > Breastfeeding Network > > Sacramento, CA > > www.breastfeedingnetwork.net > >  > > >
