Rae, I like the cherry juice concentrate but I do find that anything high in

acid is not good for my pain levels. I have no authority for my theory, just

anecdotal assumptions. If it works for you we'd all like to hear about it

i read that cherry juice is an old native american remedy for arthritis and

that it really works but u have to drink it everyday [maybe a few times a day]

.. you have to get the real cherry juice not the sugar drink form of it.

I tried the cherry juice for about a year. I did not notice any

improvement in my RA but it was delicious. I mixed it with seltzer and

it made a refreshing and tasty drink. No harm in trying it!
