Guest guest
i heard magnesium can help relax muscles, including the brochial passages. i just bought mine yesterday so i'm going to start today. i got the magnesium citrate, which is supposedly absorbed better than oxide. also chamomile tea, i like "breathe deep" and "cold season" yogi tea, those are available everywhere like walgreens/longs... i just finished week 1 of the buteyko breathing, and i've noticed a lot less wheezing, it also keeps me from getting too "scared" of the wheezing and not breathing enough... best shefyDonna Faith K- wrote: queezles wrote: Has anyone had any positive results with herbs? Guest guest
Hi I've used an herb called, " Licorice root " it works pretty well better than the drugs i've been on. Also do a serch on GOOGLE.COM and type in Herbs for asthma. Becky > > Has anyone had any positive results with herbs? Guest guest
Thanks, I've been using licorice root lately and it does help. Someone else suggested yerba mate, which also makes a difference. (Note: the mate contains caffeine and related compounds, but doesn't seem to make me quite as jittery as either coffee or taking theophylline.) I'm finding the herbs (which I mix up and use together) work better if you treat them like regular meds, i.e. if you take them regularly rather than waiting till there's an attack. I've switched from my previous coffee and diet coke habits to yerba mate and licorice root, and I'm taking less meds and feeling better.- -- In asthma , " abbj2002 " wrote: > > Hi I've used an herb called, " Licorice root " it works pretty well > better than the drugs i've been on. Guest guest
Yes, bark (specifically pine bark) can help with erections. It helps even more to take it with arginine. I'm not surprised you've seen some results. Luther > > Hi.I've been taking lately some herbs and herbal supplements for different reasons:(to lower triglycerides; to boost up my immune system; PSSD;) Only after a short time I noticed that: the morning erections back. an increased sex drive to a degree. sexual feeling in my balls that didn't have in a long time. twice as much semen. I shoot out semen, compare to semen just dripping out.. > I wonder if anyone else has experience with those same herbs and would comment on them. Guest guest
I take the tribulus and the arginine that Luther mentioned. I have noticed a change for the better, although nothing earth shattering. I seem to go in phases: for several days I seem markedly improved with my PSSD and then it drops off, as others have mentioned. Guest guest
Yup, that's how things go with me. A few days where I feel like I'm recovering, then 2-3 " down " days. I find it helps to take a day or two off from herbs/supplements once in a while. Also, I've found it helps a great deal to " listen to your body " and don't force anything. For example, don't force yourself to go to the gym if you're tired. This will kill your libido even further. Get adequate rest.
