Dear Kishore Shah,

I wholeheartedly join you in passing on condolences to

Kamini & her family. Vikas and Kamini was an excellent couple by heart. We

had a nice chat about their happy life when we met her at siver jubilee. It

is a shock to get such a news about such a jolly couple. May Kamini &

family receive the courage to bear the loss.

Fwd: Vikas Kaushal 73 is no more

Dear Friends,

It is my sad duty to inform you that an alumnus, Dr. Vikas Kaushal

of 1973

batch, died today morning of a massive heart attack. Vikas was

married to

Dr. Kamini Kapoor of 1974 batch and both ran a private hospital at

Karnal.

I remember Vikas as a guy with the looks of Adonis. He was amongst

the first

suitors who staked their claims on girls from our batch. Our batch

was known

for its beautiful girls and Kamini Kapoor was amongst the cream of

our

batch. Much to our chagrin, he plucked the rose from our garden.

During his early wooing days, Vikas and Kamini had gone for a stroll

on the

Sevagram-Varud road. Some village ruffians had attacked them with

mal-intentions, only to be successfully repulsed by an enraged

Vikas. The

guy had such guts that he did not forsake their evening stroll

despite our

prudent advice. He just carried a whip fashioned from strong and

stout

electric wire. A perfect example of Punjabi grit.

Vikas and Kamini made a picture perfect couple. They not only looked

good,

but were good at academics too.

Here's wishing peace to his soul and solace to Kamini.

My full sympathy with Dr.Kamini Kapoor. It's been strange coincidence

on my part to read this news on Karva day today (20/5/05). I just pray

to God to give her some magic power to bear the loss .

---dear friends

sad to hear about vikash kaushal. he was always a

hero.good looking, tough and at the same time a

sensitive artist. he was the one who used to organise

the Art Gallery during the annual day. he was a good

organiser too. i still remember his smilling confident

face. His affair with Kamini was the most talked

about.I remember him as an honest, good at heart and

lively man. may his soul rest in peace.
