Guest guest
Virginia, Where are these black and blue spots occuring? I get broken blood vessels very easily these days and I get them mostly on my arms and legs, but sometimes other places. Are they painful like bruises? Guest guest
Hi Ginny, Are you seeing a Rheumy or a GP? I was asking cause the Rheumy will check the folic acid level in the blood, at least mine did. If you are going to a GP, maybe you should try a Rheumy...bummer that you don't know what is causing it, I hope they can find out. Take care, Jeanette Re: Help~~Black and bluing Hi Jeanette, the Black and bluing is mostly on my legs. some on my arms but not much... No hubby is not cauing the buring. Guest guest
Ginny, I will be going to my Dr soon and I am going to ask why I seem to get bruises and broken blood vessels so often and easily. I'm hoping he can recommend a test to see if I'm vitamin deficient or something. If I find out I will let you know. I also itch before they appear, maybe it's from the scratching I'm doing? Guest guest
Do you mean sometimes you see black and sometimes the things your eyes see are very blurred. Sometimes I see double or triple. I guess that is like a three D movie but it is irritating. The darkening and things going black is even scarier. My doctors (I call them my board-because even though I have records copied and give it to them, and I also have typed my health history, family history, doctors I see, and all my medicaations, with the dosage presribed, doc who gave it and WHY. they are like a board of directors, neither knows what the other is doing)! ha hha Anyway none of them will give me a straight answer nor have they checked anything. I just get an hummmmm! OK UMMMMMMM!! IF YOU GET SOMETHING DONE FOR IT, OR SOME ATTENTION, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Guest guest
Hello, Don't know if you have tried this, but it truly works great for me and my family has had good results. All the women in my family seem to bruise very easily. My doctor advised about 20 yrs ago for me to eat oranges/grapefruits and be SURE eat the WHITE pithy (stringy) parts along with the fruit. I promise you it has virtually stopped our bruising when we keep it up regularly. I don't know if it's the vitamin C, or what. Just know it works for us. I only get a bruise when I really get whacked hard somehow. Best regards, > Ginny, > I will be going to my Dr soon and I am going to ask why I seem to get bruises and broken blood vessels so often and easily.
