Guest guest
First keep a diary of signs and symptoms to help you and the doctor diagnosis your asthma and identify possible triggers. Then ask about these things. Ask about an asthma action plan. Ask if they can give you a peak flow meter. Ask for a spacer for any MDIs they give you. Ask for SAMPLES of all medications prescribed to you. Ask for any other FREE information they may have. Write this down or print it and take it with you so you don't forget anything. Add any questions you may have to the list. Follow their advise and stick to the therapy they give you. Do not change any therapies or medications with contacting the asthma clinic.
