I have talked to other people and it does not make them go to sleep. Sometimes it works the other way meaning they cannot sleep. I buy mine in a capsule form at WalMart under their brand. It is a bottle of 100 for about $4.50. Some people also complain about feeling the after effects the next day like a hangover. This is not true for me as I am a lot worse from not taking anything. I developed paraxymal atrial tachycardia many years ago from them. Read the PDR, anything that states it may cause heart palpatations could be a problem, especially with a weakened immune system.
