Hi Jeanette! It's crazy. Like we seem to get a whole

bunch of symptoms at once and it's really

uncomfortable a lot of the time! I'm having a flare

up today and it's a bad one. Feel better and I'll let

you know how it goes at the doctors. I get really

frustrated! I can swallow with no problem most of the

time. I still hate these burning pains I get all over

my body. I get them real bad with a flare up. Lynn

Hi Jeanette: I kind of thought Avon was hard to sell!

You really have to put your all into and now that I'm

sick I wouldn't be able to do that. I'm lucky I could

work part-time! Something my alternative gave me is

helping my fatigue but not the pain. A lot of

problems within our bodies cause CFS and he is taking

it one step at a time. It's just very frustrating for

me and I would imagine for my doctor as well. How

have you been feeling this week? Lynn

Hi Ginny! I've been on-line all night and I have

cable hook-up so you probably got a busy signal if you

called. Try me on Wednesday afternoon. I will be

resting. I had a horrible flareup today. Burning

paimn all over my body. I have fibro also. I am

seeing my alternative at 11AM in the morning on

Wednesday but will definitely be home all afternoon if

Hi Lynn,

I hope you get some answers. I seem to be having a lot of flares lately,

maybe cause the weather is so screwy, hot, cold and so on..we'll see.

But do keep me updated, I want to see if he has any good advice for ya..

Hi Lynn,

Yes, Avon isn't as easy as it seems. You have to put the order in online now

which is great. But people write down wrong numbers and you trying to search

out what they meant...and then they decide they don't want it after it comes

in, I had a problem here with older women wanting someone to just come in

and talk to them, and that wasn't what I wanted, They would order a

lipstick, or some other little thing not even worth delivering with the gas

money the way it is, So I ended those 2 right away. It is so hard to do

this, and then here are these older women who think you want to spend the

afternoon being their pals. Not, I want my bad back asap....lol

I'm sorry if you feel that some of us relate to what we're going thru by our

personalities. I can only speak for myself, but what I meant was that, because

I've always been someone who was going a mile a minute and was a perfectionist

to a point, that this disease has been especially hard to accept because it

makes me so tired and out-of-it that I can't function. For someone that was

funtioning on overdrive it feels like life suddenly ceased. It's the accepting

that we have to slow down and take it easy that is frustrating for me and my

family. I'm sorry that you took how some us feel personally but we are just

saying how we feel, isn't that the purpose for this site?

yes it is proving to be to much, if I get 2 orders each campaign I am doing

well, lol

I was really sorry they took this debate off the messages!

I don't know what you folks were thinking here, you folks were not

relating to yourselves BUT what you were saying whether intentional

or

not, is that this disease hurts certain groups more then it would

others.

This is such a blatantly false statement and very demeaning to

others, if you want to talk about how it hurts TYPE A's more other

Type

personalities then you should have done it privately and not were

others would be hurt by such statements, not all on the boards are in

your type A theories.

And on a personal note, as a type A personality, I did not take it

personally for myself but for those others sitting on the side taking

it

personally and adding to the pain the are already in.

I just think that on an open forum, one should think about those

that

are quietly there.

The conversation about type A's should have been removed right away

but they chose to stop it when it turned to me as a non type A taking

offense.

I do take it personally when I see others be demeaned because of who

they are. If you can't see how that conversation may have affected

Others, I guess there is nothing more to say.

vitamins.

Hi Jeannnette! I went to the doctors today and I'm having more blood

work done this Wednesday morning because I have to fast! He added

another nutrients. The Omega - 3's. He told me to stay on the same

dose of thyroid for now becuase I keep loosing weight from it until I

get my blood work done. then he will go from there. Lynn

Good Morning Group,

I mostly lurk but feel I do want to comment on personality types. In my study

of FM/CFS, I have come away with the impression that nervous, high-strung,

workers from sunup to sunset do seem to be the personality type with more stress

and stress is an aggravator that brings on the disease. We are the

movers/shakers of the world, we seem to get the most done, including contract

these diseases. Being one of these types, I most admire my easy-going husband!

Hi Jeanette! I'm not happy about it. I lost too much! I'm 109

lbs. I wish I was 10 lbs heavier. LOL My alternative give me Omego

3's to take and it's working. I feel stronger and I've only taken it

for 3 days! It's in liquid form and I take 1 tsp. a day. Lynn

I went to Doc the other day, and I had lost 7 pounds, I am so happy. Not

really trying, just from being sick. I don't think I will ever be as tiny as

you are, you are so lucky !!!, but who knows...
