beating myself up about beating myself up

hello there, i'm a little new to this group but the names pip and i'm

happy to be here .. wherever here might be !!!!

i have started to do the work over the past few days, having listened

to the tapes and having a copy of byrons book .. it's been

invaluable ... this morning i did the work on beating myself up and

came to realise that i beat myself up about beating myself up ..now

thats beautiful... hahaha .... anyway i guess if i beat myself up

then thats ok ... and possibly i need to investigate the thought

behind the thought ... coorrr blimey my brain struggles to get a hang

on this sometimes but hey thats just another of my stories too ...
