Guest guest
2 questions: When your nostrils are flaring, are you short of breath? Are they flaring when you inhale or exhale? To a health care worker, nostril flaring does not say " Asthma " to us. It may indicate some difficulty breathing but there are many diseases that that have that as a characteristic. I see nostril flaring in children and infants most, not so much in adults. It could simply be just how you breath. Maybe the amount of air that you need to bring and out of your body is more then your nostrils can handle. In other words your nostrils maybe too small for the needed air flow. You could get into better shape. By doing more cardio workouts you will decrease the amount of oxygen your body needs at rest. They will decrease the need to bring in so much air. Some one who is in shape will have a slower heart rate, slower respiratory rate and lower blood pressure. You are able to work more efficiently. > > When I was a teenager my doctor thought I had exercised induced > asthma.
