Guest guest
Not always instilling good values...... Even today given a chance I would do the same again. Nowadays too when the kids wanna do something fun I encourage them. The sad thing is that there is less of clean fun these days. Back in our times being 'baaad' was to eat forbidden peru or being boisterous. The other day my husband was telling off my daughter for climbing trees. I told him not to as I had not only climbed trees, my way of entering my house on the 1st floor was often along the drainpipe so I could not tell off my kids for the same. Also the group of friends I got from college days were great and we r still in touch these days. What I see is that my kids do not have 'best friends' the was we had. My kids are more house bound and not too keen on going out with their friends. It is sad but the price we pay for staying in separate houses etc. These 'best friends' were our confidantes in our growing days, our teenage crushes were confided in them, our aspirations were discussed, our dreams...... With regards Malini Prasad (lp1960@...) Wish a very happy and cheerful day keep smiling > Re: Congratulations to Dr Ulhas Jajoo ....!! > > > Congrats to Dr.Ulhas Jajoo and his son Sumedh. > We wish him all the best for the future. > Shyam-Seema(84). > BTW,Malini,I remember u too as a young chirpy Puneite booing > us off the stage, during those fun filled gathering days,in > the company of Noel,ArchanaJha,Parimal Kulkarni,Amulya > Nadkarni,Fali and ,not many yrs ago and now we see more > of Malini the mom, instilling values to her UK bred kids.Time does fly. > Congratulations to Dr Ulhas Jajoo ....!! > > > > > > > > Dr Ulhas Jajoo, a most beloved teacher in MGIMS since > > our days (rather a alltime favourite!) is now a proud father > > of SUMEDH JAJOO who has TOPPED THE FINAL MBBS Exam with 642 > > marks out of 900 (71.3% marks).
