OT/breast cancer

and others... early detection is essential and the wonderful reason it is

so treatable nowadays. My mother, aunt and grandmother all had breast cancer, so

as you can imagine, I am at a great risk. I had my first mammogram at age 21.

Even that first one, showed cysts. During my breast reduction in August, the

doctor found many cysts and cellular changes all of which were benign but as he

said he was glad he was in there when he was... Everything was removed and I

will continue to have my mammograms once a year... not looking forward to this

next one though, as I am five months post op now and still have open wounds.
