Guest guest
I am looking to read anything and everything about any sort of natural help for my asthma. Anyone have any suggestions for books, internet links ect... I'm 41 now and its just come back after being gone for many years and these drugs, while wonderful just concern me a lot for other areas of my health. Thanks for any help. Guest guest
> > I am looking to read anything and everything about any sort of natural I have the Asthma Survival book by a Ivker. I notice you can get it on ebay and I saw one today for .62 cents plus 2.99 shipping. worth the read. I am off all of my asthma meds and just use albuterol when I need to, which isn't very often. I went on an anti-candida diet and the biggest thing was eliminated dairy and wheat. That helped a lot. Also I take 2,000-6,000 units of vitamin c a day, 200 mg of selenium, and 400-600 mg of magnesium split up into doses of 2-3 a day. Magnesium is a natural anti-bronchodialator. Water is key and getting off of diet soda and aspartame is a big issue too. It can cause breathlessness in a lot of people. I used to get that after diet coke sometimes. I have a bottle occasionally because I love the stuff but no more than one a week and usually try to drink diet rite if I need a fix. Quercetin is supposed to be good too and I just ordered some.
