ways to get attention :)

To all who spell my name, correctly or not, and anyone else not tired

of reading about heidi's name :)...

My misspelled name was not a big deal to me but just bugged me enough

to say something and then let it go (oh that all things were that

easy to move on from!)--until the next time it's misspelled. It did

not even bug me enough to do the work on it. But then i found Sara's

work on misspelled names very interesting and i could find that some

of her Work resonated for me. One of the reasons Sara gave for this

issue bothering her was the judgment that people aren't paying the

misspelled-namee enough attention--what amuses me enormously in all

this is that a couple of incidents of my name being misspelled have

brought such a barrage of attention. I should be rejoicing, huh?

April and Ala have given me what i want.

[Now for PS's a la onewoman927:]

PS am i spelling " misspelling " correctly? it looks weird.

PPS Aprill and Allla :), please don't worry about this. Or do, if you

do, but don't on account of me, unless you do :)

PPPS this one's for onehumanfemale ;) i'll get back to you on the

questions marks... need to go back and read the post again... i was

crying about other stuff when i read it -- i do remember finding your

insight about me often answering my own questions interesting and i

also found the irony of my postings splattered with zillions of

question marks amusing... heidi, the seeker of answers... i want an

answer for everything. " If i know, then i'll be OK, " so i think.

Heidi,

You will like this one! LOL... I started laughing when I read your

PS...then I saw that Allaaa had a lot of A's....I didn't even see the

lots of L's at the end of my name and I really cracked up! I think I

must have a form of computer dyslexia! I don't notice stuff like that

and my mind just grabs words and takes them...it goes off on a tangent!

I am glad I scrolled up or I never would have caught that! Oh how

funny!

April
