Guest guest
Cassie, I also have fibro, and yes it helps so much to beable to talk to others that have the same problem . Thank God for this site and many others that deal with fms. I had to quit my job, I cleaned houses and that was way to hard on me. so I had to quite! One thing I have noticed you really got to keep going at times otherwise it makes you more stiff than if you up trying to do a little here or there. Right now I am taking nothing for pain, my doc won't give me anything, I have a doc in 2 months, to beable to get pain meds, it sure will be a long 2 months. I take nothing for the fatigue, I'm not sure if there is even anything to take for that. I take zoloft 100 mg in the am and elavil 100 mg at night for sleep and thats it, like I said my doc wouldn't give me anything. What do yo take and how long have you been diagnosed with fms???? I look forward to hearing from you, Love your friend in pain, Pam intro Hi everyone, I am 23 and have been diagnosed with FMS for about a year. I live in Oklahoma. I found out about this group at a website I was reading about on pain for fms. If you have fms you may like it also. http://www.geocities.com/fmsmesyndrome/index.html I am working, but barely. It seems like I get more and more tired every day. I am looking to know what others do to help with pain and fatigue. I also worry about not being able to work sometimes at work I am not even able to work! I would like to know what people are taking to help with pain and fatigue if they have FMS. Thanks, Cassie
