Peggy from Florida here, I'm sure the other Peggy is asleep in

California......amazing the time differences..... I take

Chonodroitin/Glusosamine, or MSM all the time....it helps with the joint pain

the my knees, (old riding injuries) in takes alot of the grinding pain away

and some of the stiffness....but remember everyone is different....but I

don't think it would hurt to try if there is no contraindication with your

other meds...I also take Ginseng as well, as alot of the work during my day

is physicial, (barn cleaning) and working with the old horses......who are

not necessarily old....sadly over the last year we lost our last rescue

horse, a pony of 30 years, it's amazing what people will do to their animals

and call it caring for them..............but that's another

book.......anyhow.....give GC or MSN a try....good luck and pain free days...

" You are a child of the Universe. No less than the trees and the stars, you

have a right to be here. And whether or not that is clear to you, no doubt

the Universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore, be at peace with your God,

whatever you conceive him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in

the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul. With all its sham,

drudgery and broken dreams it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive

to be happy. " > Desiderata 1906
