Guest guest
Edith here, I'm up at the listserv on my att.net account. My earthlink account (on cable) went down about an hour ago but Earthlink thinks they'll be back online soon. Thank goodness I've got my att.net account as a backup. I checked on Suzie & co's account. She's now on individual email. <thumbs up> I noticed that one of the littles was up and posted last night. Cute. Cheers, - Edith Moderator/facilitator on the WelcomeToOz NonBP lists. << From: Susieqoooo@... Date: Mon May 27, 2002 10:53 am Subject: Need some help w. email, etc. Hi, Doing the digest deal was a little confusing. It was suggested that we do email. So we posted to the board but also hit the send button which we assumed it would send out email to us and the group. None of the posts/email have come. Maybe they went to all the group except us. But we would like to get the email too, so we can see which one of us was saying what..lol. Someone was up during the middle of the night, and want to know. I know we could go to yahoo, but it would be easier to keep it in a seperate folder on our computer. Thanks in advance for any help.:-) Susie & co. >>
Guest guest
Me too, Edith. I've had a cheapy $9 per month ATT account forever, just as a backup. I'm not at all addicted to the Internet! [wink] Smiles! Carol Edith wrote: > I'm up at the listserv on my att.net account. My earthlink account (on > cable) went down about an hour ago but Earthlink thinks they'll be > back online soon. Guest guest
Hi Carol, Ho ho, Earthlink's cable came back online. I handle the BPD Central email through my AOL account but my AOL account went down, too. With my AT & T account, its not all bells-and-whistles but I know I can get online. And, uhhhhh, me too -- I'm not addicted to the Internet either! <wink> Cheers, Edith ___________ << Me too, Edith. I've had a cheapy $9 per month ATT account forever, just as a backup. Guest guest
Susie and Co., I think one of you (lol) has to go to yahoo and modify the way you participate in the group. Visit the modoasis area of yahoo, sign in and click on " edit membership " . Then choose emails instead of digest! Hope this helps...and hope you figure out who was up late!!!! Guest guest
Edith, You are an awesome moderator! I read that you saw a little had posted one night...which post was that? Having Susie and Co. with us is so great...I feel like they are an embodiment of what I " feel " was done to me by Megatron. I mean, I had so many different " Debbie's " to be, depending on her mood...I am hoping to figure out which one is the real me! Anyone else feel this? It took Megatron 31 years to get me like this, hope my therapist and I make shorter work of it! LOL!! Thanks Edith, Debbie

Giggles, Debbie >> Hi Debbie & Susie & Co, I just checked at the listserv again and Susie & Co are receiving " individual emails " . I was thinking that either one of the littles doesn't know yet or that maybe one of the littles was putting it back on digest. But its been on individual emails all day. Its all systems " go " . Usually I'm the only one up posting past midnight but Susie & Co were still posting at 2:30 am, California time. Seems most everyone on the list either lives back east or goes to bed early. << Having Susie and Co. with us is so great... >> Yes. And everyone who posts to ModOasis has something to teach us. << I feel like they are an embodiment of what I " feel " was done to me by Megatron. I mean, I had so many different " Debbie's " to be, depending on her mood... >> I was double-dosed -- BPD/NPD nada and spouse. I found Randi's first list when I went on the Internet in 1996 and there was no one ahead of me on the KO path so I had to break the trail. I didn't know where the path was leading so I just kept putting one foot in front of the other and then one day there I was -- standing in the light at the end of the tunnel. I did it without a therapist but my degree in psychology helped a lot. I found my Self between 1998 and 2000 -- it emerged slowly but there were important milestones along the way. In other words, it wasn't just lying there on the ground to be picked up and put on like coveralls. It was done by putting one foot in front of the other, taking little steps, and dousing mySelf liberally with lots of BPD-flea powder. Lawson was right when she wrote that KOs can't find their way out of the morass without help. << I am hoping to figure out which one is the real me! Anyone else feel this? >> Absolutely. Your nada put a mask on you when you were an infant and now we're in the process of helping you remove it. << It took Megatron 31 years to get me like this, hope my therapist and I make shorter work of it! LOL!! >> You will. You'll see. Cheers, Edith
