Hi! My name is and I'm in Pittsburgh PA USA. I've just been

diagnosed with FM right before Christmas (what a gift LOL) I've

been in pain and had a lot of the other " hurdles " for almost 4 years

now before finding a doctor that actually knows what he's doing LOL

It's actually quite a shame that so many doctors would rather make

you think it's depression or " just in your head. " They had me

running in circles! I'm actually a single mom of a " special, high

needs " 4yo daughter I homeschool her while I work on my Masters

(online thankfully) and work from home (thank God as I couldn't work

a real job and have been denied SSI/D soooo many times it's not even

funny any more) I wish I could say in my spare time I ... LOL ...

but what is spare time LOL I do have a few questions though: Do

you find that being on a schedule actually helps all that much?

(I'm really bad at schedules LOL but have heard that they do help

with pain management so I figure I could make somewhat of a schedule

ie excercise 10 mins in this time alotted ie 3hr time span) Do you

find that diet is something that you need to watch? If so, what

should/shouldn't I be eating? What about vitamins/herbs? Do you

find any that really help? What about exercise? Is it really

important? (Not that I'm lazy just sooo dang busy LOL) Well, thanks

for listening and helping. I hope to be active around here :-)
