Welcome to all the new people! Dawna you've come to the right

place. WE will help as much as possible. It is hard work taking

care of a person with LBD. My dad will turn 60 in a couple of weeks

and my mom works full-time, but he is able to stay home by himself.

The pills on the floor. I don't know how many times my mom had found

my dad's pills on the floor and he has no idea how they got there.

The other night she asked him is he had taken his sleeping pill, he

thought so, he even went and looked, but he just didn't see them, or

it didn't register. He laughed about it the next day. Spilling is a

big one. My mom is having the carpets cleaned again, let see there

is popscles, pop and who knows what else on the floor.

He had an appointment with his nureoligist on Monday. Doing fine

doesn't want to see him for a year, unless something comes up. ,

you were right in having a doctor that knows about LBD and not just

reading about it. I'm not sure if my dad's doctor knows that much

about it. My mom told him that we had found this support group, and

he wasn't that happy about it. I'm not sure, he made some comment

about, the medicine will slow down the disease, but not cure it.

DUH, we know that!!! Also the big wuss is to afraid to tell my dad

he can't drive. I knew my dad would ask again, and he told him the

neur. physgolist said he couldn't. What a winnie!!! I wasn't able

to go this time, because I had another appointment.

Sandie I like your idea of a reunion. I'd love to go to Vegas, but

my husband and I and my daughter hope to go to Honduras next year on

a mission trip with our church, so will need to save money. Can

drive somewhere close.

& Martha, you're in my prayers.

C.
