Guest guest
Norco Welcome Jo, I'm a member of the list who doesn't post very often, only when I'm sure I have something to add. This group usually answers quickly and has great info. Norco is basically the same as Vicodin or Lortab; it has more hydrocone and less acetaminophen. I think it is: 10mg hydrocone and 325mg acetaminophen (10/325). Lortab is 5mg/500mg (5/500), and Vicodin is, well I don't recall but think it is 2.5 hydrocone and 750 mg acetaminophen (2.5/750). The reason Lortab or Norco are both better for chronic pain patients is the amount of Tylenol (acetaminophen) in Vicodin is hard on the kidneys and liver, if taken too often, or too much in a 24-hr period. I'd ask your Pharmacist or Dr.. Can you remind me what DDD is? Sincerely, Kay SF Bay Area kayfrank3@...
