Guest guest
-WAY too expensive! I am barely affording rent, doctor, car insurance and repairs, phone and utilities, travel expense, uncovered medical expenses and more, I make payments for different things already there is no way I could afford to make payments on something like that. I wish I could though if it would help. They give you a free 30 day trial. > > Does anyone have a Tempurpedic bed? How do you like it? Guest guest
Hi Ray I don't personally have that type of bed, but a friend does. I tried it out and thought I had died and gone to heaven. <S> I didn't want to get off of it. However I only spent about 4hrs on it. Guest guest
Hi Ray, This is the bed that I tried in a shop. It was very comfortable. We are still looking into different beds. We did have a waterbed at one time when I was pregnant. I kept getting stuck in it. Had to start rocking in order to get myself out of the bed. Waterbeds have been improved since those days I assume. It was comfortable tho. Kathleen in Calif.
Guest guest
Ray We just got ours last Friday...... Previously we had a Craftmatic but with my increasing artritis pain and recurring Throbophlebitis ... the mattresses was killing me.... We didn't want to give up the adjustablity so we were able to use the Craftmatic frames... We looked at the air mattresses but didn't really like them and already knew water beds were out and I didn't want a " regular bed " So far we like it and the extreme pain in my hips have lessened and the general pressure has been reduced in my whole body.... Luckily I have a prescription for the mattresses so hopefully insurance is going to help and possibly a deduction on taxes.... Mike Tempurpedic bed Thanks, . Tempurpedic is the company. Yes, they recently, i.e., the last couple of years, opened their first American production factory in Virginia. http://www.healthyback.com/ Does anyone have a Tempurpedic bed? How do you like it? Guest guest
I need to switch to an adjustable bed for my GERD, but I have not been happy with the mattresses for them that I have seen, and so I have been putting off that. The Tempurpedic mattress looked & felt good, but the foundation & frame were not going to work for me at all. It is good to know that a Tempurpedic mattress will work with an adjustable frame. Now to figure out a way to afford the combination... Guest guest
Actually I have just started thinking about asking a bedding manufacturer here in town to radically discount or donate the adjustable foundation as a charitable write-off. It never hurts to ask, says my grandmother's little book of cliches... Guest guest
I have a slanted pillow, but I slide down it under the covers & get 'turtle' headaches. Blocks didn't work with our bookcase headboard, and even if they had, there is no footboard so the mattress just slides off the foundation.
