Hi Bobbi:

For my rice socks, I simply got the biggest socks I

could find, and filled them with rice, not too full,

so that it is pliable, and tied a knot in the top of

the sock, but you could also sew it shut. Any rice

will do. You can even add potpourri for some scent. I

microwave mine for about 2 minutes, and then place on

whatever joint is hurting me. They really help and

stay warm for about 10 minutes before I need to reheat

them. I think they are great - never knew that you

could buy them already made lol.
