Guest guest
ARe you taking the 10mg capsule all at once? If so, that isn't good for you at all. Cortisol stays in your body for around four hours. I am also taking 10mg but I have 2.5mg pills and i am taking 3 doses a day (Dr. R told me to start with three and progress to four). I take one in the morning, two four hours later, and one in the evening. I haven't experienced any irritability from the cortisol, actually if I feel myself becoming irritable from the armour I take a cortisol pill and the irritability goes away. It is possible that you just need to split your dose up throughout the day. Your irritability could be that 10mg is too much to take all at once, or it could be happening when your body is withdrawing from it... Approximately how long after you take your pill do you experience irritability? > I read the side effects it does not say irritability, per se, but anxiety. > Im sure this is a form of anxiety that I am experiencing. Guest guest
I would say ditto to what said. You need to ask the doc for smaller doses so you can divide it up. I take mine in four doses.sle816@... wrote: I read the side effects it does not say irritability, per se, but anxiety. Im sure this is a form of anxiety that I am experiencing. I think I'll try getting my sleep, food, exercise, rest schedule balanced and see where I am on it in a few days.
