Hi,

>

Great topics in this digest. I especially appreciated the Norman Peale

post on debt. Many thanks.

BTW, on debt, it seems to be a worldwide problem -- people seem to be getting

into debt and the usual challenge is credit card debt.

I, too, went through my own debt challenge and I'm midway getting out of it.

I used the Ponder techniques to get out of debt (tithe first, make a

list of the debts, pay what you can with full faith, affirm God is my supply)

and combined it with other techniques that I got from other authors (a collage

for paying debts -- an aid in visualization), talking to creditors and paying

what I could (for instance - for a P20,000 debt, I started paying it off with

P200.00 --not even 10% of it -- but it started things). In the middle of my

debt repayment program, I closed my office and managed to get employment which

has helped me a lot. BTW, a demonstration that I got was the cancellation of

the interest payment and full restructuring of three of my major debts. I am

now well into paying those debts and I am totally grateful that I have the

substance to pay for my obligations.

I loved the Norman Peale post -- I shall be sharing it with my friends

who are facing the same challenges. I will also apply some portions of it to

myself and harmonize it with the other techniques I am currently using.

When I'm done with this particular challenge -- and I've met it victoriously

(as in full payment =), I promise to share my joy with all you.

Thank you again for the lovely posts.

In light and love,

Hello !!

It is so good to hear from you again! We've missed your emails. I'm so

glad that some of these posted messages turned out to be valuable to you -- when

we send them out, we just never know -- who might need what and when?! It is

so good to get a compliment that a message was helpful! That encourages us to

keep on " keeping on " and try again and again.

Yep, I've been in the debt route deeply, too. My husband and I are down

to only one credit card now -- one that you have to pay off each month in full.

But, we are also paying off two loans, and one car payment at the same time!

So, it gets really tough some months! But it will certainly be worth it when

we are out of debt! I imagine that is a very freeing feeling! And, now when

we have a big expense, or a little expense come out, we have to weigh how badly

do we really need or want it -- because it has to be paid off at once! Before

with lots of different credit cards, you could always " charge it " as it was so

easy to do, and if you wanted something badly enough, you could almost make

yourself forget that ... " you'd eventually end up paying for the WHOLE thing! " .

, please let us know when you reach your goal of no debt!

We'd like to celebrate with you! Take Care, and write again when you get a

chance! Hugs, PJ

Hi,

Yes, I've been so very very very busy with work. =)But I've been

reading the posts on the list and I've been forwarding them to

friends.

They all help.

And thanks, too, to the people who ask for prayers. Though I may not

post my thoughts for them, I keep them in my prayers after my morning

meditation. Thank you for allowing me to share my light.
