Guest guest
I am really noticing that my biggest problems are when I have to do to much outside of the home. Earlier this week, I was doing so poorly. That was because I had PT twice, orthodontist appointment for one daughter, allergy testing for same daughter, organ lesson for daughter, mailing Christmas packages, doing shopping, quilting class for both daughters and me, and running the Protestant Women of the Chapel meeting. Mt husband and children were great for Thanksgiving though. Dh picked up the floral arrangement, went twice for the turkey (they didn't have our order the first day and then he almost didn;t get it since instead of putting names on the four turkeys, they put them out on the regular case (( however, unlikey that Belgians would be roasting turkeys on a thursday in late November)), He made the turkey with my directions, carved it and carried it in. My older daughter made the potatoes and the younger one helped with cranberry sauce and salad. Now we are having a snow and we can't go anywhere anyway since there are two accidents and a stalled truck within a kilometre of our house on the main road and the roads aren't cleared very well and its still snowing. Oh well, since I live here in Belgium, I do most of my shopping on the internet and today will be no different. I listen to radio, read emails, drink warm drinks, and am able to take my pain medicine. I might as well enjoy the rest. My husband and two daughters are outside sledding and building snow forts. My oldest child is probably also enjoying snow in Ohio. I hope others will be able to get some rest and pain relief this weekend. in Belgium
