God Bless Hugs Live Long....Laugh Hard....Email Often We found my son!! He called last night. He is in Ohio at a Shelter. He wants to start over in another state. At least he is OK and being fed. I haven't been able to leave my house or function since Monday. I have to just go day by day. But thank G-d he's alive and OK! Guest guest Posted August 3, 2004 Report Share Posted August 3, 2004 Thanks. Today I am starting to actually function. He is not on meds yet but the place he is at does offer that service. I take day by day and am trying to get my life back. He is safe, that is the main thing. I have started actually leaving my house. Haven't left in a week. I can live with him staying there. If he makes a life for himself. My brother said he is only about 1 1/2 or 2 hours away so when the time is right I can always visit him. I just want what is right for him. I can imagine how all this has upset you. As you have said the main thing he is safe there, and he is where there is a service to offer him meds if he needs them. It always may turn out good for him to have taken that step, we can only hope so. We all want whats right for our children and I pray he has taken this step to help himself and things turn out the best for him.
