What would you be willing to do in order to have an abundant life, a

life of joy, creativity, and loving relationships?  To be reborn into a

greater life, we must die to the old patterns that have us stuck in

limitation.  Change a pattern today.  Take a new route home; don't turn

on the television; call a friend you haven't seen lately; spend time

with a child or a grandchild.  Let the freshness of change move in you.

I feel Ms. sey was talking about the limitations we place on ourselves,

not the ones placed on us by disabilities. We shouldn't dwell on those

limitations, but we should focus on the things we CAN do. For example: we can

read a new book or watch a different TV show (something we wouldn't ordinarily

read or watch). Little stuff like that - just do something NEW! One time I

went to buy a pair of sunglasses and went into the store with the thought that I

was going to buy a pair that I wouldn't ordinarily buy. So I bought a pair

that was loud and flashy (so unlike me) - everybody loved them and said they

looked so good on me. I was surprised!! And it made me feel so good!!

We all have limitations and sometimes there's not a thing in the world we can

do about them. But we can focus on the things we can do. Sometimes its just

changing a thought. We CAN do that! And sometimes that can make a HUGE

difference!!!

I'm glad you said that. That is how I have always felt but didn't know how

to express it properly. ine
