RSD Reflex Sympathetic dystrophy

I have RSD for 3 1/2 years and have pains all over my body. The pains jump

around and are different types like burning spots, sharp pains, aching, back

and sides of the body spasms needle jabs. I get changing colors in arms and

hands and they turn red, legs and feet cold feet and hands and mottling. My

feet look turn purple and when they are not purple they look a dark pink and

hands turn red and turn cold all at different times. When i lie down i feel

better, soon as i try to do something the pains increase and back spasms

start up. The pains come and go and every day is different this is and odd

disorder to me. The med`s i am on are neurontin, nortryptline, tylenol # 3

with codeine, baclofen, zanaflex, ambien

I get only 2 or 3 hrs of sleep if i am lucky and restless nights

Before RSD i never heard of it like most people.
