Guest guest
Hi Nikki- Thanks for the input on Dr. Ozan. Have you been diagnoised w/ Hashimotos or are you still waiting on test results? How through was Dr. Ozan when you first saw him? Did he seem willing to take time for you or did you feel rushed in the office. Did he initially have lots of lab work done or did you have to request it? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm trying to decide on a new Doc. Thanks in advance for your insight. Guest guest
he's great. he's been a little slow getting on my adrenals, but that's as much my fault as his. he's also not cheap, but if you can afford it, he's great. rachel. --- Courtenay wrote: > If you can't/don't want to go far, you also might > try > Manzanero in Austin. Guest guest
Janet, I was dx with Hashi's, had labs ordered by another doc, then took results to Dr. Ozan. He started me on Armour based on my labs, then had new labs run 4 weeks after starting the Armour. He did spend alot of time with me on my first visit. On my second visit I still wasn't feeling well, and I did ask for an increase in Armour, which he allowed, and asked for adrenal testing. He ordered that, as well as other hormone labs. He is willing to continue testing until all is in sync and you feel well, instead of just slapping you on a med and claiming your labs are normal. Hope that helps!
