One of my friends is studying acupuncture at the top school in the country-- she says it is wonderful for helping to regulate the chemistry of the body. I will be seeing an acupuncturist in the next two months to help me quit smoking for good. I've gotten two solid referrals-- I'm sure I will post something when I start treatment.
